"Staff was great, hotel was very pet friendly however there was no hot water the entire stay. Which of course meant no shower unless it was ice cold, we ended up taking a cold sponge bath in the sink and using lots of dry shampoo."

"For the hour we were there it was horrible. Rude front desk person because of complaining about the cleanliness and condition of the room. We took pictures of dead bugs, torn sheets and two obvious damages to the bathroom (wall and sink) which we showed them to the gentleman. Upon trying to get a new room the gentleman stated that all there rooms were the same and if we didn’t like the first room then we wouldn’t like any of the others. Again the worst hotel we’ve experienced in our over 40 years of traveling."
