"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "

"We booked the hotel since it was advertised as a heritage hotel & expected authentic Rajasthani food. While the hotel decor and hospitality were good (though playing western music instead of Indian!) we were disappointed to find that the breakfast and hotel menu catered mostly to international guests.
