"Muy buena ubicación y excelente hotel"

"Our triple room in the annex building was very spacious & quiet. The location was excellent - right on the square overlooking the Pantheon. The tv was at least 65-70”, but the audio was in Italian so we didn’t understand it. Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They assisted with our luggage, arranged for a taxi to the airport, stored some of our baggage which simplified our early morning departure. Excellent hotel!!"

"Kid review: we loved this hotel. The room was really nicely decorated and I liked that the wallpaper matched the bedding. The window opened fully which was good as it was very hot. Everything was very clean and even the fridge smelled good. It had endless hot water and shower was great. I liked that it had a safe for important or expensive things, the cupboard would fit a lot of stuff. Breakfast was really good (lots of options, cereal, pastries, bread). "Stayed in the annex around the block from main entrance. Room was very modern and comfortable. Close to great cafes, easy pickup for taxis, and close to the train station. Even though it’s near the train station it felt like a quieter area of Rome."

"From the moment we stepped in the doors, this hotel was amazing. Greeted in the lobby, took our bags from the cab into hotel. Rooms were beautiful. Staff were friendly and very informative. Hotel was near metro which made it very easy to travel around. I give this hotel 5 stars."

"I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. While the room itself was clean and conveniently located close to everything, the building overall was not very clean. I hope you can...

"Great hotel, centrally located, rooftop bar is a bonus! Only one negative which is the noise insulation we could hear people outside of the hotel but luckily we was so tired it wasn’t too much of a problem"
