"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the historic Richardson Hotel. It is a beautiful "old" hotel with modern rooms and it's own unique charm. I enjoyed the architecture of the building and the wonderfully high ceilings throughout the building and rooms as well as the extra wide hallways that you just don't see anywhere else. I had a great night sleep which is not always common when spending a night away from home."

"Only downside was that we asked about a 2 hour late check out, and they wanted to charge us $45. It was obvious from the parking lot that they were not busy, and this was, to me, an insult! Otherwise wonderful. Grumble, grumble."

"I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo/Amherst/University for 8 days and 7 nights. The weekend nights were a little loud with kids roaming the halls late into the night, but this is not uncommon at most hotels, and I have great earplugs for sleep. I did not have the breakfast once while I was there, so I cannot review it. The parking was great, and I was able to park very close to the hotel the entire week. "A hotel unlike any other I've stayed at. Amenities are off the chart, especially the urban hot springs, while the rooms are upscale and high-tech. The bathroom deserves special mention, with a heated bidet and remarkable shower. Honestly, you never want to leave the room once you check in. "
