"We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. The rest of the bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful all of the rest of the time. The rooms were spacious - we were travelling with a wheelchair so this was a necessity. The bathroom was well equipped but the shower was a tad small to manoeuvre in. The spa area was lovely. On the whole a great choice. That said, there are virtually no wheelchair accessible taxis in this area so bear that in mind!"

"Fantastic breakfast, great variety and quality. Very quiet to sleep, excellence rest. They give bicycles to reach town centre, which is an excellent idea. I will definitely return for longer!"

"We showed up and no sheets were on our bed and we had no towels. They said that this isn't a hotel but it's a village! I guess that means you get nothing and pay extra for everything. They charge for linen, towels and even wifi. Plus a very high cleaning fee (even though we literally stayed there for less then 12 hours). I felt scammed staying here and will take this up with hotels.com to be more clear with places like this. For the price I ended up paying (an extra nearly 100 euros) I could've stayed somewhere nicer for less $$$. Very disappointed "

"The staff here is lovely, they take great pride in the family owned hotel. For the price, it was a great fit. There was a nice buffet breakfast in the morning, the employees (owners) were SUPER helpful and kind. The place was spotless. We enjoying walking the streets in town and discovering some charming restaurants. It's in a great area."

"Rooms were clean. Family room was great for us with 3 kids. The room had 3 comfortable beds and two big patios. Pool was not heated but clean. Breakfast was ok. Statt was friendly and helpful. We would stay again."
