""Good property, well connected with metro stations nearby. However, toilet paper was very limited, there were no cloths in the kitchen, and the only one available when we arrived was very dirty. There was no broom for cleaning, and everything had too many instructions about not moving or touching things.""

"Good Base for Exploring London, but room for improvement. Lincoln Suites was an adequate place to stay for our trip to London. The location was convenient and within walking distance of several attractions and an Underground station, though it wasn't quite as central as we had expected. Check-in was quick and easy, but the staff came across as somewhat unfriendly and didn't provide much information about the property or the surrounding area. "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Lovely room and very central for everything. Tube station was only 2 min walk away with supermarkets around the corner. Only criticism is that I was on the 4th floor which meant a lot of stairs as there was no lift."
