When we went to check in I found out that parking is 3 blocks away. 3 blocks when it feels like 105 outside is not fun for anyone. At least offer a valet option. First time I spent $40 to park as well. Next once we arrived to the room the lighting was somewhat dim and we noticed the sink looked dirty and the shower was not cleaned. "Really bummed about this trip. Booked king room with 4 people and when we arrived it was only king bed, no place for our kids to sleep. Front desk wanted to charge extra to move rooms but weren’t even ready.. all activities are for older kids. 6+. When we booked we had to put our kids ages (5 + 3yo) and they couldn’t even participate in the amenities onsite. Hotel room was very grungy. Out dated and very small.
