Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and the fresh smell in the hotel lobby air. The receptionist greeted me right away, answered the few questions I had, and got me checked in swiftly.
When booking online though, there was no notice that there would be $50 fee for booking for a single night. I was not made aware until I arrived, checked in, and ultimately had to pay it along with the original anticipated fee for the room.
Once in the room, I was impressed with again the cleanliness, fresh smell and the room in its entirety. I liked the full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer (which were both quite big for a hotel and very cold), dish washer and microwave. This was my first time staying in this hotel and it was booked at the spur of a moment so I did not expect the quality that this gave.
I wish breakfast was a little better, the waffle machine didn’t work and some of the options just did not taste good. Lastly, during an afternoon nap, the fire alarm repeatedly went off without any communication from the hotel of what was going on.
Other than those couple of things, this was a great stay and my family and I will be returning.
