"Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out."

"Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel, well decorated and designed in a very prime location. Wonderful staff and the watermelon welcome drink is delicious. It is also next to Época cafe which is a popular coffee shop. My only complaint is the room. First, our king size bed was two beds put together, so if you sleep in the middle of the bed you will find yourself sinking in. Second, the room has no windows so it doesn’t get natural light and it felt really dark."
