"It's difficult to find a clean, nice hotel at a reasonable price but this is one of them. The guy that checked us in was very kind and helpful. I lost my key fob and and asked if he had one turned in. He later that day, when he saw me again, followed up by asking if I found it bc he actually cared if I did. At one point there were 2 little kids trying to make food from the breakfast spread by themselves and they were having difficulties, I saw him go help them and teaching them how to properly use the microwave. I thought that was very sweet. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly too. They said hi with a smile on their face every time they saw us and asked if we needed anything, we stayed 2 nights. They also do a great job not only keeping the rooms clean but also the breakfast area was kept clean throughout the 4 hr window that the breakfast was available. Other hotels I've stayed at normally end up with a mess after an hour into it being available, especially the waffle batter but I never saw any mess at all during both days. The pool was nice too. They test it every morning and add the necessary chemicals needed on a daily basis. That is important to me bc I like knowing the water is clean when my daughter is going to be swimming in it. It's a nice addition bc it keeps my daughter occupied. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and I haven't been disappointed yet so I highly recommend. I suggest tip envelopes to be in each room to promote tips for the housekeepers."
