"Absolutely loved our stay. Convenient to Edinburgh (by car), great staff but what made our stay special was the property itself - absolutely beautiful... it's like being transported back in time. The setting is beautiful - so peaceful and the gorunds are beautiful."

"Property was kind of run down. Very odd set up for breakfast. We forgot a battery pack and converter on our room and was able to tell them the exact color, kind and location it was at and oddly enough no one could find it. Very sad."

"Lee- Anne, Anjuli and Nisha made the entire four day stay truly memorable. They offered incredible service and were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location, just out of the way of Old Town but close enough to all the sights by bus (right outside the hotel). We especially enjoyed the dinner menu as it catered perfectly to vegetarians with a great selection of vegan meals as well. Our room had a lovely view and we had a wonderful experience."

Clean, and great amenities (pool, gym, and restaurant) Roxana at fron desk made it very easy, and provided me with a conversion plug from US to that weird british plug. My family and I enjoyed the stay."

Unser Zimmer war sauber und mit zwei großen Doppelbetten ausgestattet, was für unsere Familie sehr komfortabel war. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Parkgebühren werden beim Check-in für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer bezahlt, was unkompliziert und bequem funktioniert. Die Lage befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. "It was ok. Location was good for transportation on buses or taxis. The room we got was definitely not a “luxury” hotel room or spacious like advertised and did not look like photos. There was no lift, so they should tell people they have to do stairs. The towel warmer didn’t work and there was no plug in for the hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror. It had a bed and breakfast without the breakfast kind of feel, rather than a “boutique hotel,” so seems a little higher priced...

"Good location right outside station and near bus and trams. Hotel is not too bad the rooms were nice but they were rather stuffy and hot despite the air con saying it was 18 which impacted our sleep. The area near the door where the air con unit is was lovely and cool but not the rest of the room. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Liked the Dove toiletries. I was unaware I had booked a room without a window which added to the temperature of the room. Breakfast was...
