"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"A very convenient grocery shop opposite the apartment and M&S a five minute walk away. Very close to the theatre and several places to eat. The flat was spotless and extremely well equipped with high end equipment. The domestic staff were very helpful regarding dropping off our bags. We will definitely go back again. Slight down side in that it would be beneficial if the bed in the en-suite room had the option of twin beds. We could also have done with a kitchen towel. Location was perfect. "
