"Looking for an overnight stay, near the northernly side of Le Mans with an overnight locked car park. Arrive late. Lovley lady at cleck in, who for some reason knew in seconds that my french accent meant I spoke English! Lock the car and sleep. Up and away the next morning for a leisurely, non motorway, drive to get the boat from Cherbourg.
For the price, Value. It is a motel so do not be looking for anything fancy, as I said value.
The place was spotless and one of the best Air Cons, I have come across in years.
There is a large Italian restaurant 2 minutes walking and a large Tesla charging point.
It is also a 2 minute drive to a Auchan hyper market and a very large retail park with numerous restaurants.
Breakfast was not expensive and I felt appropriately priced. I thought the fridge and the cooked meats looked a bit warm, so I gave them a miss.
Several cups of black coffee and a couple of Pain au chocolat, are a great way to start a days drive."
