"the room was very clean and comfortable, The staff was not friendly or helpful, we got there early and they said no check in until 3 . Ok, I had to be at West Point by 3 so I had to change into my suit in the parking lot. Left my wife in the lobby with all of our luggage. She sat there waiting for check in. A lady came in at 20 till 3 and said oh, i am 20 minutes early and the person at the desk said that's ok you can check in now ! they knew that my wife was waiting and just ignored her. This was very rude and uncalled for. We will not be staying in a Sparks again."

"I found out that the hotel rooms are much cheeper The pool was horrible and like not well maintained. The breakfast was nothing what hotel was advertising. Old bagels old eggs and sausages. I would not recommend that place."

"This is a clean, well-situated facility. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Note that there is a $10 fee to park your vehicle and breakfast is not included, though it's available on the premises for a fee. There is only one mirror in the room and it's over the sink. How about upgrading the hairdryer; it's got to be at least 15 years old! The place itself is reasonably priced. While bottled water is in the room for the coffee maker, it'll cost you $5 to use the water - tap water works for me and it's free!"
