"First of all, the name of the property was different from what was shown on my reservation. The person at the front desk just kept saying that they were only there temporarily and did nothing to resolve the situation. I had booked three rooms, but one of them had not even been cleaned. In the end, we had no choice but to find another place to stay. It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again."

"My stay at Lennox Global Luxury Suites at Georgetown was very good. The suite was very clean and cozy. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice and had all the necessary amenities. Almost all the kitchen amenities were brand new. The check in and out process was quick and seamless. The only two things that I would personally prefer would be a more comfortable mattress and pillows. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to return."
