One side marked of hotel is marked for hotel parking, but confusing which parking entrance to use. The other side marked for parking but not clear if for hotel. Multiple people were on the wrong side. Tried calling hotel to no avail. When I tried to explain issue to the front desk was met with an arrogant attitude. Once parked in garage, garage attendent had to let folks in and out, confusion again and was met with an arrogant attitude. Room design very nice, but stains visible on the couch. There was a stench on the room as well. Too bad, hotel has wonderful potential."
