Steigenberger Hotel Köln
Tried to check in at 12.30pm and were told we couldn't access our rooms until 3pm. Which is super frustrating and there wasn't even any sense of empathy or apology for it. Dorint Hotel am Heumarkt Köln
The hotel staff are efficient, welcoming and resourceful. Property could use an update, especially carpets in rooms. Hairdryer was sticky, scratched terribly and should be replaced!! Location is walkable to stores, restaurants, museums, galleries and the cathedral, which is fantastic.

URBAN LOFT Cologne
Very close to the train station in a safe area. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Really great place to stay. Had to catch an early train so we didn’t stay for breakfast.
