"Really convenient location- we were obviously close enough to airport for easy reach, but also train into centre from here for Christmas markets was super easy. Lovely staff and great barman got us far too merry! "

"i arrived jetlagged from USA. I was so tired and check in was at 3 and usually thats the way it is but from time to time i've been lucky and have gotten a room when I arrive in Europe in the am. What upsets me is that they had rooms but wanted to gouge me for 60 Euros instead which wasn't nice. So I was forced to walk around in the cold for 7 hours till they were ready. So unfair, I never stay there again !"

"It was very pretty and aesthetic. Pros: good breakfast, near porz-wahn station which takes you easily to Cologne Cathedral. I loved that they had a water bottle to fill. Cons: no slippers, no conditioner, only a shower gel and shampoo both in one bottle. No cleaning services which is fine, but the smart tv didn’t have access to apps like Netflix. Only cable. And it was all in German unfortunately. I would probably go back. But not so sure "

"Das Zimmer war schön geräumig, die Ausstattung war super. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffett war enorm. Eine schöne Vollkornsemmel hätte allerdings nicht geschadet. Der Ausblick mit der Glasfront hatte auch seinen Reiz. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Tram und dem Messegelände."
