"Staff was all excellent. There is no on-site self parking and the valet shut down. Had to go find parking. Room was clean on arrival, but was not cleaned before the 2nd night."

No hand soap in the bathroom requested by phone to front desk but never brought. The bedroom TV did not work. Overall, the room looked dingy and needs a complete makeover. "
