"The room was clean and the building was average, we have stayed here before so we knew what to expect, the front desk ladie who checked us out was rude, we had a billing issue with the restaurant and instead of helping she laughed and implied that it was all my fault, she proceeded to call her manager on the radio and I can clearly hear them taking crap about us and and they both laughed, when the manager come down they both were not only making faces at as but also laughing as if our issue was...
