"One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it advertised it had a pool. When I was checking in I asked where the pool was. I was told but I didn't find out it was closed until I walked over to look and saw the notice on the door.😐 ."

Parking was easy, you just had to leave an overnight ticket in the car to make sure it was accounted for that it could be on the premises. Very glad the airport shuttle was available. And I loved the available water and coffee station at the front of the hotel, so convenient! I’d be happy to come back to this hotel!"

"Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town."

"Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- . "

"Helpful staff, clean modern facility. Need key card to access elevators so felt safer. We received a refund for the $10 charge for parking. Just a little inconvenient to have to validate parking stubs each time you left and returned and the other amenities made up for a little inconvenience."
