"First, let me say the pictures on the website are not representative of what I saw. The rooms are very small and there is no central air. It was very hot in the room and we had to open the window to get air in there and hope a pigeon didn't fly in. Also, there is no bar in the hotel, which is not what is represented in pictures. I will say that it was very clean and the staff was great but overall I thought this hotel is overrated and overpriced for what I experienced. No hooks in the bathrooms and nowhere to hang wet towels. "

The location and view of Times Square was great but that’s all this hotel really has to offer. No explanation on check out of fees incurred. "
