"Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it."

"Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again."

"Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. "Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities."
