"Although we had a bit of a hiccup with check in and the code not emailed the host was very prompt in answering the call and allowing entrance to building and room."

"Quaint little place in Vancouver, very close to the City Hall Skytrain station. Room was clean, had a coffee machine and fridge, clean towels and bathroom supplies. The front desk person was nice and made sure to give me food when she learnt I would check out before the complimentary breakfast."

"The hotel is under renovations. There are a few chairs to sit and wait for your room, Uber, etc. The room itself was nice and comfy. The breakfast was terrible with limited options. The location was in a rough area. It seemed like Chinatown area with only Asian inspired cuisine. We walked around to find shops or restaurants but the further we got the more dangerous it seemed. There are a lot of homeless people around. It was broad daylight and some were using pipes with drugs out in the open."

"It’s a boutique hotel, it was nice, its clean -and walking distance to restaurants however I feel like I am in the prison because of fully gated apartment/hotel but I get it It’s for safety since there is a lot of homeless roaming outside. Overall 3-4/5. Thank you."

"I chose this hotel based on great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I decided to stay on the dividend floor instead of paying extra for breakfast. This option was probably more expensive than a standard room with breakfast. But service on the dividend floor was great and daily snacks, wine, and breakfast parfaits were perfect. I was a little disappointed that the “lounge” on this floor was a normal room with no windows. But the location and everything else made up for it. I also left many...

"Room was clean. Daily cleaning. Staff always smiling and helpful. Very close to everything so you don’t even need to buy a metro/bus pass. You’ll be able to walk to Gastown, downtown and waterfront."

"The property was nice and accessible for the burnaby area. Pool is just a hot tub which was quite dirty for an indoor pool, its also detached from hotel so you need to walk outside to get to it. Fridge was dirty but staff did come clean it for us, just kind of expected that done before we check in."

"The hotel is located on a busy street, and has very thin exterior walls, along with an AC unit that was in the window, so you could hear every vehicle, conversation, noise and leaf drop outside on the street. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean and newly updated, but the sleep was terrible due to the constant interruptions from outside. Despite the areas that they did really well, I would definitely not stay here again."
