"The person working at the desk when I checked in stated that I needed to pay for parking and that they would only charge me 10$ for it and that it would come out of my deposit. They charged me 95$ for the parking, which was 15$ more than the original amount for parking. They basically took my whole deposit and I know for a fact I left the room clean with no damages. Was lied to and didn’t get my full deposit refund."

My parking was not charged to my room as said by the front desk but I got a ticket on windshield from the parking company. .
I was not sent a final receipt even after I asked for it.

"Staff had tremendous hospitality and customer service. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were great. The only small issue was that we were in a handicap room and when you took a shower, the water would go all over the bathroom floor because there wasn’t enough slope to keep the water in the shower area. No big deal we just put a bunch of towels down. Other than that, it was great and i would definitely stay there again"

"This was a convenient and reasonably priced place for this area. My issues are. There were little bugs in the room around the sink; the door was so crooked on the hinges that it was like the door was open -- very loud outside and you could hear everything outside; towels weren't changed and instead of bringing me new ones, they had me come down and get them; breakfast was free, but chaotic and not really accessible; no amenities available. The price was okay, but I'm not sure I'd stay here...
