"Just not well equipped. Location is great staff is good. But kitchen was not great and cleaning team was late or didn’t come at all."

"It’s nothing personal, the staff was nice. Our nine-year-old child clogged the toilet, so, it wasn’t anything crazy, I went to ask for a plunger, and they could not find one. The only option was to move us to another room, which I did not want to do. I actually got in my car and drove to Cub Foods and bought a plunger, which I left with the hotel. They refunded me for the plunger the next morning, which I appreciated. My biggest complaint, the carpet in our hotel room was literally sticky....

"The room was clean, had everything microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker, the shuttle service to Target Field was convenient. Patrick was awesome he was the driver and front desk assistant, he loves his job and he was very kind. The staff im general were all good and a joy to work with. I will stay there again next time I'm in Minneapolis"

"Hotel is connected to a condo building. So the set up confusing. The lobby is not on that street level. You have to take the elevator up to the "H" level which is about 4 levels up."

"some areas of the room were a tad dirty. the channels on the guide did not meet match what was showing on the tv. we called to get that fixed but staff never came up to take a look at it. this was during the FIFA world cup games and we wanted to watch it in the own comfort of our room. they told us it will be about 20 mins and no one showed up and we never bothered to really call back b/c it was a waste of our time. another note I would like to make is that the front desk staff didn't ask us...

"the parking lot adjacent to the hotel is UNSAFE. Drug users break into vehicles at night. My pickup truck window was broken. Several others were also."

"Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents"

"Our AirPods were stolen out of our suitcase while in the hotel room. The room had what appeared to be water damage and patches work on the walls. We moved rooms due to a large red stain (likely wine) in the first room and the second room we moved to also had the same appearance of water damage and drywall patching in the room"
