"The property is well managed and clean. The area is noisy (church bells, people walking- it is a central region). Bedroom is great, the only downside is poor sound insulation between bedrooms. "

Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Beautiful property, the building scared us at the beginning but the apartment is in a good conditions. The only thing I will suggest the owner is to leave more trash bags we didn’t have enough. Other than that we would love to come back and recomen this amazing apartment"

"Die Wohnung ist toll und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einer kleinen Straße, daher bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut (auch von den Fußgängern). Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber überhaupt kein Problem! Die Heizung funktioniert toll, Für den Sommer ist ein Stand-Klimagerät vorhanden. Es war wirklich alles perfekt, bis auf die etwas zu weiche und zerlegene Matratze im Schlafzimmer."

"The location is very good. A block from the shoreline, a lot of restaurants to choose from; a block from a small supermarket. The cable car station is also 5 min walk; town square is 15 min walk. It could not be in the best location for the price. The inside of the apartment is exceptionally clean, highly organized, we have everything we need. If I go back to Como, I will not even bother to look for other facilities. The following is not a complain. But a note for future guests to the...
