We asked for a fan but was ignored via message “what’s app” also it soo hot in the room we had to resort to wetting towels and putting it on our heads due to the heat. The property listed it has WIFI. But when we got there there is no WiFi… there is a lack of communication between us and the host. I was say...

"Ac som skulle finnas fungerade inte under hela vistelsen. Ingen som intresserade sig för att försöka fixa det eller som ens kunde leverera ett utlovat extra lakan. Svårt att få kontakt med personal. Receptionen hade stängt hela tiden. Ingen veckoständning som också skulle vara. "

"Dette er ikke et hotell, men apartments. Det er ingen skilter e.l. som gjorde det litt vanskelig å finne. Det finnes ingen resepsjon, så man må ringe og avtale ankomst. Selve komplekset hvor leilighetene er befinner seg i gangavstand fra gamlebyen, men er i et litt kjedelig område av Como. Men, god service og fin, ren leilighet. Greit utstyrt kjøkken, A/C i soverom og stue. TV fungerte ikke:("
