"This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). The breakfast buffet was okay - liked the quesadilla station and the fresh fruit, and the pastries were good. But it was frenetic and crazy (go early!) and there...

"The maid did not leave towels, soap, and toilet paper some days. The pool concierge just takes your towels and clothes and moves them, and is very rude."

"El hotel tienes áreas y habitaciones remodeladas( quedo muy bonito! Las habitaciones muy limpias y con amenidades. Las albercas grandes y hermosas; excelente acceso a la playa. ¡Lo mejor que tiene hotel es su personal! Excelente atención y la comida y bebidas muy ricas. La mayoría de los precios son de esperarse en este tipo de hotel pero si hay algunas cosas demasiado caras. Volvería una y mil veces más."
