"We had a excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender was a joy. Our room was spotless and breakfast in the morning was great. The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo and within walking distance of all major sites. I recommend this hotel for the excellent customer service, everyone went out of their way to make sure he had a comfortable stay."

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "The two best things about this hotel were its location and the staff. It’s located a 30 second walk from Santa Maria del fiore in one direction and Piazza Republica in the other. The staff were super helpful and accommodated well for our family. The only aspect we didn’t like was the breakfast which was very basic but there are lots of eating places within a minutes walk. Overall, I would stay here again for its location and staff"
