"We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights, the hotel has a policy of cleaning your room on the 3rd day, our room was never cleaned in fact they knocked on our door to clean our room early AM and we were still asleep and they considered this a “no clean”. Trash overflow, no clean towels or washcloths etc. The lobby smells of food 24/7, random people coming at night time for the rooftop bar. "Rooms smell a little weird, and the bathtub had foot marks all over. But the staff was very helpful. The location is key tho, excellent if you’re going to Universal. Price was also the best in the area."

"it was a beautiful apartment that was perfect for us and out kids. The onsite waterpark was great to relax at on our first day after an overnight flight. I wish that we had had more time to enjoy the property because it was great."
