"The pictures when I booked look far better than what I saw in person. The building is run down. My two queen bedroom suite, was more like two twins. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The carpets were old and it smelled musty. The room had visible water damage and the wall near the window and floor were wet. The linen was dingy and there were drain flies in the bathroom. "I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. "My husband and I had a wonderful two day stay. We were greeted by Joan when we drove up. Our room was beautiful, spacious and homey. Breakfast was delicious both days and the company was amazing. The conversations were warm and welcoming. It was close to our concert venue as well as our friends in Ohio. I would love to return for a stay."

"The hotel was fine. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The worst part was the breakfast. They only have what they call bagels (which was like eating a bun) several cereals and oatmeal packets."

"The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location."

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."

"It was a stay of a week on this hotel. It was good but could be better. Even if there were cleaning perceptible in the surrounding area into the hotel the room was not fully clean in a week. The towels were not changed and the staff was not really interested to provide a good service. But, there were not really big issues. We accommodate with that situation."
