The room was lovely and hotel was really nice and really friendly staff. Only downside was the bed was really firm and we found it quite uncomfortable as we prefer a softer mattress.

Hotel is situated right in the centre of Conwy so great for walking to all of the sights. A beautiful old building with lots of character and very nice bar and restaurant. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with stunning antique decor .There is also parking at the back with plenty of spaces ...
