"The hotel is in a really good location, central to a lot of things to do and resturants. The hotel is definitely old. The beds and shower were clean. The floors had debris from previous stays. The paint on the wall is peeling and the ceiling is coming off as well. There isn’t any cleaning people that come to tidy up during your stay and if you need any additional towel, toilet paper or anything you need to go to the desk yourself. "The hotel was appauling wibdows would not open shower door would not close booked for three nights only stayed one night defininately would not reccomend if you like eggs for breakfast boiled scrambled or poached thats fine no bar what so ever the photos are very misleading nothing like the actual rooms"

"Stayed 2 nights, comfy bed had everything we needed, had a kettle, tea/coffee station, hotel was being refurbished ie scaffolding on the outside of building that didn't effect our sea views, hotel very friendly & helpful i would go again for a budget friendly atmosphere also what I liked the most was the swimming pool I had the whole pool to ourselves at our stay 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 o"

"This was a stay mainly to see the area not to use the facilities but the gym looked good . I wanted to use the pool one evening but it was closed at 6 when i went so beware of that . Food was great and good value . Breakfast was excellent with a good choice . Excellent room for wheelchair users which my wife is . Brilliant wet room and excellent all round . Parking good also ."

"The beds were very comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom could be better. The soap dish in the shower was very rusty and hanging off the wall. The sink taps needed a good clean. I tried using the hairdryer but it hardly had any power to dry my hair and looked unsafe to use as it went bright orange when I turned it on. I did mention this to a member of staff and he said he would bring me another hairdryer but he didn’t"

"Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room a bit small for a kingsize deluxe - a tiny gap between the bed and the wall on one side to get into it which was a bit ridiculous and the shower trap was not clean. Location is great, and nice stroll into the centre. Lovely sitting out the front for a drink in the evening and dinner was great in the restaurant."

"Rooms are nice and big. The carpets are heavily stained and dirty. Staff were okay, nothing bad but nothing wow. Bar staff was nice. Restaurant looked lush. Location is perfect. Breakfast was very expensive so went out for it."

"The staff were pleasant and the pool area was OK. Location of the hotel was good. However on the second floor the decor was in need of a lot of improvement. The carpet was threadbare in places; the corridor and our room 223 had paint flaking off in places; the curtains were in need of replacement and were tattily drawn which looked a mess. The bathroom only had one narrow shelf above the toilet which meant there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Finally thought paying £10 per night for car...

"Staff were by and large very helpful. A request for boiled eggs was treated very poorly at night but at breakfast it was no problem. Room very good but odd bits dusty. Bed large and comfortable. False alarm at 2.30am not only not welcome but not managed well by staff member. Food only average. Decor lovely. Big car park. Wanted to like the place but of the 4 hotels in the group we have visited this was the worst."
