"Room was not what we expected after reading ratings. Bathroom shower was awful. Two different tiles on the floor and bathtub had brown moldy looking caulking. Everything except countertop was very outdated. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Sheer curtains over the window actually were tearing had holes in them."

"We booked here just to stay for 1 night while travelling back from Florida to Ontario and I wasent expecting much with the price but this place was disgusting! The floors were filthy we found garbage from previous people. The ac didn't work and was supposed to have continental breakfast and all they had was a few green bananas and some cereal and a waffle machine that didn't look like it was cleaned since it was new! My wife took a baby wipe and wiped the floor in 1 spot and it was black.. There was dog poop all over the grass and the door mats to our room as well. DO NOT STAY HERE! I would have rather slept with my 4 children in our van for the night. "

"The hotel was very old and the place was shabby. The floors and carpet needed cleaning. It was not safe to walk off the property after dark cause of the neighbourhood and the pool was closed
The staff were very pleasant and helpful and there was lots if parking."

"The location was perfect for the event I was in town for. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The staff, especially the general manager, were all incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional as well. It was surprisingly quiet, especially considering it was beside a shopping area. The dark out shade ion the window made this location a 10/10 for me!"
