"Wonderful place at a great price. The garden and fountain is nice, and I enjoyed hiking on the trail in the back.. Front desk staff were excellent (especially Riley). My only negative is that I was there for a week, and never received housekeeping services. They did stop by once, and I asked them to return in about 30 minutes, but in a week it didn't happen. It won't affect my willingness to return- I will definitely be back- but it would have been nice."

"I would not recommend staying at this location. Amenities including elevator & air conditioning were out of order, room was filthy, items in room were missing or broken, complex was in disrepair, strong odors were present, & mold & bugs were witnessed. Left the hotel after reporting unacceptable conditions to staff. In the process of requesting refund from Hotels.com."

"The carpets were dirty--elevator exits were dirty. There was a sign upon entering that the hotel was beginning renovation. We saw Millwork trim in boxes in the hallway. No coffee pot in the room. Assuming Holiday Inn Express doesn't provide those. The bed was lumpy."
