"Clean room but a bit old"

"Hotel is extremely well located. Staff very friendly. Rooms dated, but the hotel was under construction for renovations. Pantry items need to be improved."

"We requested that the room was cleaned daily. This was not really Cleaning. They emptied the bins and made the beds but didn’t sweep and crumbs and food were on the floor as we were there for four days with two young children so we could have done with the floor being cleaned. However the room itself was beautiful the view was stunning. Breakfast was adequate and the pool was brilliant. The little one loved the playroom. A lovely hotel and excellent for children. Very close to the station and Tivoli Gardens. Love that the food court was nearby too."

"First impressions on the hotel were very positive as it gave a stylish, upscale but cozy vibe. But we soon realized that the hotel was not very accessible to anyone with a cane or disablities. I was surprised that the front desk did not offer assistance in bringing our luggage to our room knowing how many steps and winding corridors we had to go through and our obvious limitations (we had canes). Otherwise, the amenities were great and in good shape due to what looks like recent remodelling, "

"Nice hotel in a good location, with excellent sized rooms. However, I saw other reviews stating that the hotel was quiet but this wasn’t my experience - you could hear a lot of other residents as well as some train noise. This wasn’t too bothersome, but if you want somewhere really silent then this might impact you."
