"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The pools are lovely. The location is good as a base for exploring the Gargano, and although not on the beach, the shuttle bus does the job well. If you’re English I’d strongly suggest avoiding the most budget room as it’s really hot, the accommodation doesn’t have air conditioning, which isn’t a problem in most rooms, but the cheapest one was baking all day and night, we felt we had to ask for an upgrade. "Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war mangelhaft. Beim Check wurde keinerlei Instrucktionen gegeben und als wir Hilfe brauchten bei Bedienen der Herdplatte mussten wir 1 std warten bis jemand kam. Die Liegestühle am Strand kosten zusätzlich 20.- /Tag was nicht so auf der Website angegeben wird… schade. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr idyllisch, sauber und die Lage super. "

Nella nostra permanenza qualche problema di connessione Wifi non causata dalla struttura ma dal gestore delle linee. "un bel posto con un meravigliosa panorampero. pero i camere non sono ben attrezzati bagno fa schifo con la finestra aperta sulla veranda dove si siede e dove si mangia quindi quando il vicino fa il popo tutto il sui belli odori gli sento con la cena o pranzo. non si gli altri camere come sono peri la mia non va bene proprio sono rimasto deluso."

"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience for us which was confusing based on previous reviews! The staff told us to park in a place that gave us a pricey parking ticket, then told us it was our fault. Additionally, the listing told us 3 could fit in a room when in fact it was not true. When I asked the staff about this, they got extremely upset and told us we booked for one person which wasn’t true. The room is clean enough and the location is great I’ll give them that. They also kept telling me that I shouldn’t be upset because I paid a standard discounted rate, but wouldn’t grant a refund. Overall it was a very unprofessional experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!"
