"We had a decent stay at the West Bay Club. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Great spot for lunch on the beach. There are kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkels you can grab for free right on the beach which was super nice. The hotel has an excellent spot on the beach with a beautiful view. The chairs, umbrellas are very nice. My cons of the hotel were the amenities at the front desk and cleanliness of the room. I felt the room could have been cleaned better. There were some spots that still looked pretty dirty. The chairs in the room were stained up and old. The bed was not very comfortable either. The bed frame was broken so the mattress laid at an angle. During my stay, my wife needed feminine products and a toothbrush. The front desk had neither. They recommended going to a nearby grocery store to purchase them myself. This was fine, but my experience at resorts like this, they typically can provide something simple like a toothbrush. The pool is basic. The breakfast was fine. There is no gift shop or other small store like other resorts have. Overall a decent resort but not my favorite compared to my other stays in Turks & Caicos."

"Overall property was nice, food was good. Part of the room was updated and other parts were still dated. The servicing of the rooms was excellent, twice a day. The service at the restaurant Pelago was very slow, the beach service took over an hour to get anyone to come take your order even with the flag up for service and some times the people helping with towels and beach equipment would be a little rude. Overall it was good place to stay, the beach was short but clean. We could also walk to other resorts to eat dinner at their restaurant easily as taxis can be pricey for a family of 6. "

"Everyone who works at Coral Gardens is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will go back for sure. Our unit was beautiful and the view was perfect. We could sit on the balcony every morning and enjoy the ocean and beach while having breakfast . We were just steps away from the beach and the Somewhere Cafe which was very good. The complex is nice and quiet and the sunsets and snorkeling are amazing. We drove to the shopping area which was less than 10 minutes away. Driving on the left side was nerve wracking but we did okay."

"Wonderful boutique Hotel. The staff made this place sooo lovely, warm and welcoming. Location is nice and secluded so if you want some quiet and relaxation away from the crowded central area of grace bay, Indigo is your spot. The beach area is just perfect. Quiet, peaceful, with water like green glass. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, if a little small. Getting to beach was easy with hotel shuttle ready at a moments notice. Food was tasty for breakfast and lunch. All together a great spot for a really good price. You wont be disappointed."

"We were pretty dissapointed with our stay. Our room was right below the restaurant so it was super nosy at night. Staff were unhelpful and not very friendly. The food was horrible and overpriced. Room was okay - waterfront view but all the furniture was stained and uncomfortable."
