"The room was very clean The staff were very helpful yet there was a day when all the staff were not present. Otherwise all staff were nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is nice but generally requires a bit of walking in order to reach the stations which is not convenient during summer days. A vespa would be very useful. Breakfast is really nice Overall it is a nice hotel"

We paid the rate and when we got there they said since there were two extra people even though we got the suite for 4 they claimed we didn’t reserve for 4 but Expedia showed 4 to sleep they charged us an extra 250 euros on top of the 1,000.. be aware.
