"This hotel use to be a jail and halfway house. The room we had didn't look like the photos on the webpage. Our floor was concrete with a huge Crack on the floor. We were charged a 100.00 early fee because we checked in early and it was not worth the money we spent. This is the worest hotel my husband and I stayed at in 30 years of marriage and we also checked out 1 day early due to the terrible expierence"

"The property has a great location, walking distance to all of downtown. The room was very tight for two adults. Really no place to put your bags. The bed practically sits on the floor. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The weekend front desk staff were not very greeting or friendly. The rest of the staff was great! It has a nice coffee kiosk inside the lobby. There were holes in the lobby ceiling, not sure why. Also the people mover is right in front of the hotel and it is not quite."

"Unfortunately, my stay at this Comfort Inn was very disappointing, particularly because I chose the hotel based on the expectation of a clean and comfortable room.
When I arrived, the first room I was given had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. I reported it to the front desk and was given a spray and told to open the window. However, the window was broken, and the room was on the ground floor, so I was not comfortable leaving it open.
I was eventually moved to a third-floor room. While this...

"Great stay. Clean and spacious room. Comfiest mattresses! Only complaint is that every noise from the hallway could be heard in the room (every ice bucket being filled, voices from other guests, etc. ). Overall my family was super comfortable, we would stay again, and will seek out more Hyatt hotels in the future."
