"Construction happening in the middle of the property so starting in the early morning and going all day all you hear is the sounds of buzz saws and hammering and construction. Also, the pool was very disappointing. Small hardly any room to walk around it very little shade and you’re not even allowed to bring snacks into the pool area. We rented three rooms and one of the rooms had hair in the shower when we got there. The pictures make it look so cute but the walkways look like they hadn’t...

"Extremely busy corner intersection, rush hour traffic all day long. Bring earplugs or sound machine to sleep. Rooms are not well maintained and the outdoor patio was super dirty, I had to use baby wipes to spot clean cushions and table. This area is vital for the guests who get the rooms that are so small only 2 beds fit, you will not see a picture of this room on the website #110. "We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony...

"This was my 4th time staying at Humphreys. I love the hotel especially the grounds and the room but I am disappointed at the poor service I got especially for how pricey the room was that I booked. It was mainly the front desk staff- I found the majority of them I encountered to be quite rude and not sympathetic or helpful at all. Next time I attend a concert there I may look into booking my room at one of the other nearby hotels instead."
