"Everything was great. Beautiful hotel, great staff. The restaurant had very fair prices. Only thing that would've made it better is if they had a pool and hot tub."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"Don't stay here! The elevator smells like the worst toilets on earch. Room service is non-existing. The rooms are noisy. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The real thing is nothinh like what is shown in the pictures. We asked for a room service and the only thing they did was they emptied the black and blue garbage bins. Not even the toilet garbage bin or the compost bin by the kitchen sink. Worst hotel experience ever, if this place can even be called a "hotel"."

"Parking was ok, I noticed 1 guy with Chevy 1 ton crew cab taking up 4 spaces, just assu.ed he was from Grande prairie. We got 2 key cards 1 sorta worked for the room, the other worked for the elevator. There are no more vending machines, just ice. Breakfast in the restaurant was good,"

"One of the female employees there was raising her voice at customers. This morning, she approached us aggressively and used offensive language toward us. I had brought five friends with me, and we had rented three rooms. Because of this situation, we canceled all three rooms and checked out. You need to warn your staff and ensure they treat customers respectfully."

"I liked the location and large size of this place. However, I was disappointed for my adult child to find black underwear in the main washroom, behind the door. The counter tops in the kitchen had food stains, the fridge has fingerprint smears and the stove top had grease splatter that was poorly wiped. Nevertheless, the front desk quickly removed the underwear, I was disappointed that it was not as thoroughly cleaned as our first stay. Sadly, we all agreed not to stay there again."

"The property was great but booking though Expedia was terrible. It started out at $109 and by the time I was checking out it was $170. Even the hotel said I could get a lower rate. I will never use Expedia again. I’m removing the app and telling all my friends"

"The staff at this hotel work very hard to accommodate their guests. Very easy check in. Room could be updated stayed on the 16th room but still very comfortable. I definitely would stay here again.."

"Great, but remember, Parking is paid separately and is $30 no matter what is written on booking sites that its free for guests!"

"Over all it was very good. The only negative was the kids running up and down the hall playing some sort of game. Kids will be kids but some supervision would have been nice."
