"I would not stay here again. Very simple rooms - calling them “superior” is a significant overstatement. Location was good, quiet at night."

"Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value"

"We loved the place, comfortable and clean, spacious room. Restaurant was amazing. Staff were so nice! Only thing is that it’s far from the town center and you must take the shuttle in the morning and evening, or a taxi."

"Our room was nice, however the bathroom was very small. The staff was very friendly and helpful with providing places to see and giving directions."

"A great room with wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. All rooms are small in the village, but the village is one of the 2 best places in cinque terra. Lots of exercise because of the stairs. No breakfast, but the village has plenty of restaurants"

"Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. "It's an uphill coming out of the tunnel from the train station, just in case ur carrying a big luggage. Other than that everything is perfect."

"La vista è mozzafiato Il personale gentilissimo La camminata prima di arrivare in camera e’ una mazzata soprattutto se fatta 4/6 volte al giorno ma basta guardare il mare e passa tutto 😅"
