"Pensione Sorriso was a great place to stay during our trip to Cinque Terre! First, it was easy to get to from the train station, a short walk and without a terrible amount of steps (although you do have to climb steps to enter the hotel and then again to your room - no elevator! ) The room was very small, which I believe is typical in these small towns, just a bed and a night table and small wall closet. "The hotel was situated a three minute walk to the train station which we used quite a bit during our two day stay. The rooms were average size and clean. The staff seemed a little bit snobby. We had booked two consecutive nights and they could not accommodate us in the same room so we had to switch rooms after the first night. They did, however, move all our luggage to the new room so that was good. Overall, I would give them an eight out of 10 rating."

"A short walk from the Monterosso train station up Via Roma. The owner and host Andrea is absolutely eager to help us with anything with the stay. He even provided a PDF file with links to local eateries with discounts, hiking trails between the five towns etc. there is a laundry, grocery market and nice breakfast restaurant very close to the hotel. The room itself was just ok since we are in a small old town. "

"O hotel é uma casa que fica bem no alto do morro, até acho que na parte mais alta da cidade de Lá Spezia. tudo novíssimo: quarto amplo, super limpo, moderno, e o banheiro também. Em perfeitas condições e super agradável. Um único ponto a destacar em muito importante: fica localizado no Alto do morro e nem ônibus chega até lá. Para quem não está de carro, como nós que não sabíamos a distância, se tornou bastante difícil. não fosse a boa vontade e simpatia proprietária que nos levou dois dias...
