"This is a most wonderful hotel to go to if you are bringing children. Our two grandkids (ages 12 & 5) loved the pool, play & golf area, and games room (in which you have to pay for the rides and games.) The staff were all very pleasant and very accommodating. During our stay we could see several staff working at different jobs so it's great to know that management is on top of everything to make your stay pleasurable. The reasons I gave it four vs. five stars is because their internet is slow. A bigger reason for the 4 stars is that there are no microwaves in the guests' rooms. Yes, they do have a 'communal' one that everyone can use, but it is extremely inconvenient to have to leave one's room to use it. Our grandkid had a blast and it was very wonderful of staff to allow for early check-in so we could use the pool for the day. We'd definitely come back! "

"No parking at this site they will arrange off site parking and have a guy that does that. It was a clean great shower"

"Pretty disappointed, we were told the water would be off for a bit which was fine we checked in early. Hours after check in the water still orange full of iron and chunks of sediment. The kids couldn’t even have a bath. We also asked for wine glasses to the room and discovered they charge for that. "

"Scott the Manager was exceptional! He made our stay comfortable and stress free. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and had a decent view. The lobby and dining area were clean and not crowded compared to other hotels in the area. I would recommend this property and I will be back."

"As always we had a wonderful visit, kids love the pool and the included breakfast helps us big families when travelling, one suggestion I might make is separating the waffle machine from the breakfast line MANY of us didn’t want waffles but had to wait in the extreme long line for breakfast because others were waiting for waffles I think it would really help the morning process run smoother perhaps put the waffle station on the other side by the microwave to break it up a bit, just a thought, thank you for your lovely accommodations we shall return in summer "
