"Great bed and breakfast with lovely grounds in a quiet location. Excellent pool & jacuzzi, large room, really helpful staff - appreciate them sorting out an early breakfast out of normal hours too."

"The room was clean and comfortable. There was no elevator so carrying our luggage to the second floor was a little bit of a struggle. Parking was a big plus. There were no staff on site when we checked in or out, everything was done thru WhatsApp."

"The location was between major attractions. It definitely needed an Uber trolley to and from places as it was up hill. The Uber was more convenient than the trolley to the train station. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was available but required you to order and would take 30 minutes for 10 Euros. We did not have breakfast with them. We walked up the street to a bakery. "We appreciated Carlos’s hospitality and tour of the premises. The location was excellent and peaceful with beautiful garden and swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Our recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. Throughout our visit, we encountered an unacceptable level of customer service, highlighted by extremely unfriendly treatment from the receptionist. Upon requesting a room change, the receptionist responded with inappropriate laughter rather than assistance. Given these circumstances, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to future guests."

"The rooms were average in terms of cleanliness. Certainly could be better. The grounds don’t match the photos and there is no reason why the grounds can not be cleaned up and made more presentable."

"I liked the hospitality, very quiet, comfortable, clean, delicious breakfast with variety, the cats an d dog that would greet and say ola."

"This location was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and Rainha beach. The quality of the bed and linens and the attention to detail was impeccable. it was like being in a protected oasis and Marco and the staff were so sweet and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, also very helpful if you’re running up to Sintra or sightseeing. We would highly recommend!"

"Super easy check-in process. Spacious room with all needed amenities and the BEST blackout window options I’ve seen. Get ready for a perfect sleep. Close enough to attractions without feeling like you are in a tourist district. Very friendly staff. Would stay again!!"
