"Friendly, clean, felt safe"

"Need coffee makers in hotel rooms and full length mirrors. Love the security systems you have in place. It made me feel safer when by myself. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Very good breakfast. Everything was hot and delicious. Thank you"

"Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area"

"It was pretty good. We didnt even get a chance to check out the pool or gym or anything. The elevators were having problems and parking a block down the street in a rundown parking lot that also had elevator issuesis a pain,especially if you are in a hurry. Our room in general was not in great shape. The staff was friendly."

"The pool was freezing cold. When you were in your room you could hear absolutely everything going on outside of your room. The shampoo and body wash inside the room were enough for one person one time use. Definitely not enough for 3 people staying there. The beds were super uncomfortable. The only thing this hotel had that was good was their breakfast."

"It just seemed like maintenance was lacking a little and not much had been fixed/upgraded since we had been there 4 years ago."

My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. "The hotel was difficult to get to. You can see it from the interstate, but when you get off at the exit, you can't see it. There are no signs directing you to the hotel. I finally found it. The lady working the front desk was ok. Not the most friendly. The room was clean. Had difficulty sleeping because the noise from the interstate which was right across the parking lot, literally. Walk out the room door, walk across the not so wide lot and climb the embankment and you're standing on...
