Nota menos positiva só mesmo o tempo no check-in, demorado a meu ver (com reserva efetuada), e o numero reduzido de espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina, o que levou a alguns clientes terem de ficar na relva (solução menos ma), nas cadeiras das mesas de bar (retirando-as dessas mesmas mesas) ou no chao duro (bastante desconfortável)....

Wir haben kürzlich in diesem neu eröffneten Boutique-Hotel übernachtet und waren rundum begeistert. Das Hotel ist klein, aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet – mit viel Liebe zum Detail und in einem gepflegten, modernen Ambiente. Alles war absolut sauber und gut in Schuss.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage auf der Gaia-Seite des Flusses – direkt neben der berühmten Luis-I-Brücke. Von hier aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Douro...

Un cadre exceptionnel, un hôtel avec une décoration raffinée, un personnel charmant, chaleureux.
Un service de restauration avec un restaurant le soir avec vue sur le Douro, très bon, copieux et pas très cher et un restaurant gastronomique 1ou 2 macarons Michelin au top. Une excellente cuisine a des prix qui restent raisonnables vu la qualité des préparations et du service. Sans hésiter le meilleur hôtel de Porto. "
