"All of our stay was amazing"

"We went to breakfast at 8 am and it was almost vare of food. No bread for toast or bagels left. After awhile a staff member brought bananas. Very poor."

Be advised though there is no maid service for your room unless you stay longer than 3 days and you will need to ask front desk for clean towels or other needed items. When we checked in we weren't told this and finally went to front desk after 2 days of no clean towels and were told this policy. Also, due to several large groups staying there at same time as us they ran out of a lot of breakfast items like yogurt,...

"The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is really decent and the morning lady is just wonderful! So friendly and keeps things so tidy! This is always our choice in Edwardsville."

"Hotel is undergoing remodeling and our rooms were in the midst of it so wasn’t the best stay as the shower molding had some black spots and containers of soap, shampoo, etc ran out while there. Good location and friendly staff."

"Room was disgusting and all our bags need cleaned out due to the amount of ants in our room. Beds, bags and now all of our clothes were covered!!!! Hot water lasted about 30 seconds and was done for the night. We were told my staff that we were allowed to towels and had to share between 4 people for 3 nights. Absolutely will never stay again!!!!"

"We have stayed on this property on numerous occasions over the years. What we have noticed is a steady decline in the cleanliness of the rooms, amenities offered (no coffee available anymore prior to boarding a shuttle (yes, they do have an area you can purchase coffee but for 200+ per night? Jeez....give us a to go cup and coffee in a urn). The room, hmm.....there was a skid mark in our toilet bowl (it wasn't us) . However, we didn't notice since we checked in at like 12:30AM, were exhausted...

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

"We did a staycation and celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary. The staff were all amazing, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable. We ate at the Sportsbook Restaurant for lunch and dinner because the food was super delicious. We also had breakfast at Beerhouse the next day and it was also simply delish!!"
